БУДНИ НОРВЕЖСКОЙ БАРНЕВЕРН

ЧТО НЕ ТАК НА ФОТО? спрашивается в заголовке...

Для сотрудников барневерн - всё в порядке. Обычный день. Это всего лишь мальчик, которого под конвоем привели на встречу с отцом. Из комнаты в комнату, из туалета в ванную, они везде будут следовать за тобой, контролируя каждый взгляд, каждый вздох.... Потом будет составляться рапорт: "ребенок подошел к матери и обнял ее... пошел в туалет и был там 3 минуты.... играли в "монополию" 20 минут..........

Вот один из рапортов. фото внизу. В нем скрыты имена, место расположения и все, что может навредить родителям. Гриф секретности предупреждает о неразглашении дела.

А блоггер продолжает - это норвежская реальность на сегодняшний день.

This is what Norway is known for these days.This is what the Bodnariu family has been subjected to for the past 6 months. Incomprehensible.If the Bodnariu children are not returned at the end of the month as expected by the international community, there will be a high price to pay by the Norwegian government. The entire world will rise up in protest against Norway because of what Barnevernet did to the Bodnariu family and other families like them.

"БЕЗ ПРИЧИНЫ НЕ ОТБИРАЮТ".... так говорят все, кто считает себя белым и пушистым по сравнению со всеми остальными. Видимо вам всегда известно больше, чем этим ста юристам из нескольких стран, например, в этом деле.







Juristene hevder i et brev til statsminister Erna Solberg at foreldreretten og religionsfriheten til det norsk-rumenske ekteparet ble krenket da barnevernet tok hånd om deres fem barn i november i fjor, skriver Dagen. Foreldrene er siktet for familievold.

– Vi har gjort oss kjent med fakta i saken og er dypt urolige over at overtakingen av barna var motivert av den kristne troen til familien, heter det i brevet. Familien er pinsevenner.

Juristene som har underskrevet brevet er fra USA, Tsjekkia, Tyskland og Sør-Korea. De mener at barnas religiøse identitet ikke er ivaretatt og de reagerer på at søskenflokken er blitt splittet. Solberg blir bedt om å sørge for at det yngste barnet forblir hos familien og at de fire andre straks returneres.

– Det finnes ingen hjemmel i barneloven for omsorgsovertakelse ut ifra religion, men det er forbudt å slå barn, sa barne- og likestillingsminister Solveig Horne (Frp) til avisen i januar.

Барневерн и Европейский суд по правам человека

Решение Еворпейского суда по правам человека постановило, что только суд должен решать, необходимо ли применять КРАЙНЮЮ меру - отрыв ребенка от биологических родителей. Суд постановил, что необходимо ребенка вернуть. Но у лидеров барневерн свои планы, для них нет законов. "крайняя" мера в Норвегии рассматривается как первоочередная и не требующая обсуждения.

Proof of Barnevernet’s criminal activity

It is stated by the European human rights Court that a placement of a child outside its biological family is an action that can be done only as a temporary measure. And it should be as brief as possible, according to Norwegian courts.

Утверждается Европейским судом по правам человека то, что помещение ребенка за пределами его биологической семьи является действие, которое может быть сделано только в качестве временной меры. И это должно быть как можно более краткими, в соответствии с норвежских судов.
In our case, the Psychologist, a specialist appointed from the court, who spent over 100 hours on the investigation, stated that we should be given a chance as parents. Also our regular doctors for the last 4 years didn’t see any problems with us as caregivers. Moreover, a witness from Nav Lillestrøm didn’t see any problems, and also a woman whom “adopted” the father of Aria when he was grown up and introduced him into her family as her own son didn’t see any problems.

However, Barnevernet agents “saw a problem”. Arnfinn Heimstad, the boss of barnevernet in Lørenskog refused to talk to us.

Two contracted women from barnevernet, Lene Jargren & Mette Haugen, did see a problem (3 hours conversation with us after Aria was taken).

Psychologist Britta Strømme from the municipal see a problem (6 minutes on the telephone). The same Psychologist used by the barnevern as a specialist witness for them, she was behind one of the concern report sent to the barnevern office in Lørenskog.

Now 5 months later after the court even stated that barnevernet did this in a wrong way, there has been no further investigation upon us as parents of Baby Aria.

No further interest from Barneverns Leader, Arnfinn Heimstad, in investigating if the consultants he hired may have been wrong.

NO FURTHER INTEREST in bringing our princess Aria back to her family, this is A CLEAR VIOLATION of Aria’s Human Rights and our Human Rights.

Arnfinn Heimstad shall be personal responsible for the crime he continues to commit against our family without being accountable to anybody.

And we will not stop our fight for justice, so one think at least some one should be thinking of limitation of the severity of the crime he committed.

Instead of this extremely bad attitude, which shows that the barnevern don’t care about the opinions of other professionals involved.
